- Attend company parties, activities, gatherings, and events

- Share solutions when reporting a problem
- Praise people regularly
- Volunteer to be the spokesperson
- Be sponsor for youth programs, leagues, worthy causes, or professional events when possible

- Learn professional skills and don't stop learning
- Share the positives not the negatives of your personal time
